TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following comprises the terms and conditions of the agreement between Ghana Provisions (“the company”) and the buyers of the mobile airtime credit (the "Service") through www.ghanaprovisions.com (the "Site"). If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you will not be able to purchase the Service from the Site. Please, review these terms and conditions carefully.

INTRODUCTION

The Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Contract (the "Contract") with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site. This Contract constitutes in its entirety and constitutes the only agreement between the Company and the Buyer, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Contract. The Buyer agrees to review this Contract from time to time and possibly prior to any purchase transaction. Purchase of a good and/or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract. You are not authorized to place orders from the site if you are currently resident in Ghana.

PAYMENTS

All payments are handled through PayPal or InternetSecure, our trusted transaction processors. We do not have access to your banking information at anytime. The Company cannot accept your order until its validation upon payment through PayPal or InternetSecure. You may pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Bank Account. Upon payment, PayPal/InternetSecure will confirm receipt of your payment by an acknowledgement once your payment details have been accepted. Ghana Provisions will follow up by an e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provided with your account details.

PRICING

Prices shown on the website are current retail prices. Our prices reflect ONLY the charges quoted on the site at the time you place your order. Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) the acceptance of your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published is wrong, the Company will advise you of the correct price at its earliest convenience and allow you to change or cancel your order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company has done its very best to provide Buyers with timely, accurate and suitable information and materials on the website. Whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Policies for AIRTIME products


DELIVERY

We always aim to send airtime instantaneously, upon completion of the Buyer's payment trough PayPal/InternetSecure. Although we consistently do our best to respect this brief timeframe, delays that are beyond our control may occur. The Buyer agrees that the Company will not be held responsible for such delays under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

Upon Purchasing the Service from our Website, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand that airtime credit is non-tangible and as such we DO NOT ISSUE refunds after the Service has been partially or fully utilized. The deadline for any refund claim on unused airtime is 72 hours after purchase. The refund is issued to you after we verified that no airtime has been credited to the receiver's mobile telephone. This is an essential condition. Funding will be sent to your credit card within 5 days from the date of the initial purchase.



Policies for NON-AIRTIME products



In general, we do not offer door to door delivery service.

A valid ID is required for pickup/delivery.

The name on the ID should match the recipient’s name on the order.

Only the buyer can request a modification to the recipient’s name and/or phone number

There are ways of getting the items to the recipient
    1) STORE-LOCATION - Pickup from a participating/affiliate store
    2) NON-STORE - Pickup from a pickup point

Shipping Policy

If a NON-STORE location is selected during the purchase, the items will be shipped within 3 business days to the selected location. The recipient will notified once the shipment is ready for pickup

For STORE location orders, the items will be ready the next day for pickup.

Delivery Policy

The recipient will be notified by phone when the items are available for pickup.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the items being picked up match the items purchased. In case of any discrepancies, the recipient will contact the buyer to inform him/her of the discrepancies. When we are notified of the discrepancies, GhanaProvisions will work with the recipient on finding a solution.

Pickup at a STORE location

The items we sell are always in stock in our participating/affiliate stores. In case any of the items are out of stock, the recipient will be notified. The recipient may choose to pickup the items at another store location if that store has in stock all the items purchased in stock.

RETURN policy

Once the items have been collected from our locations, they cannot be returned.

The recipient will be required to sign delivery acceptance form after inspecting the items

REFUND policy

There is no refund for items that we delivered or picked up complete.

We do not offer partial delivery.

For NON-STORE location orders, we will refund the payment amount less any shipping charges.

Refunds are given in the same method as payment.
